AUST TECH ENGINEERING & SUPPLIES delivered full end-to-end construction management and compliance services, including:

• Review & Redesign: Assessed client’s Construction Certificate documentation and engaged new consultants (Structural, Civil, Stormwater, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, NBN) to review, redesign, and provide services during construction.

• Project Management Framework: Prepared the Project Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, Site-Specific Safety Plan, and Environmental Plan.

• Programming & Financials: Developed the project program and cash flow forecast to ensure efficiency and financial control.

• Procurement & Contracts: Prepared tender documentation, engaged all required trades, and managed agreements through the AUST TECH Business Management System.

• Delivery & Supervision: Oversaw materials supply, deliveries, progress claims, and trade coordination. Provided site supervision, quality assurance, and compliance checks.

Construction Execution: Delivered complete construction services including structural, façade, and compliance works to ensure a certified, high-quality outcome.
